A Special Tie with Austria
I Creation organized the Vienna Boys Choir concert tours in Hong Kong starting in 2001. This partnership led to the establishment of the Vienna Boys Choir Music Academy in 2011, the first overseas music academy in the choir's 500-year history, and the Vienna Boys Choir Music Academy Foundation in 2015, a charitable institution promoting music education to a wider community in Hong Kong.

She is the Founder and Director of I Creation, Founding Director of the Vienna Boys Choir Music Academy Foundation, and Founder and CEO of KALOS, a musicpreneurship platform for classical musicians. She was awarded the Austrian Knight's Cross in 2017 and currently a part-time faculty teaching 'Creative Entrepreneurship' at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA).
